Vikram brings fifteen years in clinical informatics and health data engineering, including prior roles building population health pipelines at a large Midwest IDN. He leads Mediflowly's data normalization architecture and HL7 FHIR integration standards.

Amara spent eight years as a patient flow coordinator and operations manager at a 400-bed community hospital in the HealthPartners network. She translates operational reality into product requirements and leads Mediflowly's implementation methodology.

Jason is a healthcare integration specialist with deep experience in ADT messaging, Epic App Orchard, and HL7 FHIR R4. He previously built real-time data pipelines for a health analytics firm serving community hospitals across the upper Midwest.
